IPREM Seminar 2022
This event will take place on:
Monday 23 and Tuesday 24 May 2022
at the Chambaud room of Lons,
aims at presenting to all the members of the institute the organization and the various scientific works of our institute.
The participation of all IPREM staff (permanent and non-permanent) is strongly encouraged.
On the occasion of these two days, activity in the IPREM 1 building will be limited.
Therefore, if you do not come to the seminar, please contact the administration to declare your situation (telework, mission, leave...). Staff with a compelling reason to be on site (moving instruments...) must request an exemption.
Permanent staff responsible for non-permanent staff must also report their situation as well as that of the staff for which they are responsible.
The hall has a seating capacity of 300 and a capacity of approximately 180 people for lunch. Registration for the meals is now closed.
We would like to remind you that if they are not invited to the meals, master students can come to the seminar to attend the presentations.
Organization of the seminar
The scientific presentations should not exceed 12 min (no matter how many people are involved!) and will be followed by a 5 min question period.
Slideshows must be given in English.
We leave it up to the speakers to choose the language, English or French.
