Responsabilities
- Scientific co-leader of the research area "Physical-Chemistry of Surfaces and Polymer Materials" (one of the three research areas of IPREM).
- Representative of IPREM in the scientific councils of the French Research Network on Electrochemical Storage of Energy (RS2E, http://www.energie-rs2e.com/en) and of the European Network on Electrochemical Storage of Energy (Alistore European Research Institute, http://www.alistore.eu)
- Member of the scientific council of IPREM

Research interests
- Surfaces and interfaces of materials. Associated analytical methods, electron spectroscopies (XPS, UPS, Auger).
- Electrode materials for Li-ion and post-Li-ion batteries (sodium-ion, lithium-sulfur, all-solid-stat ). Insertion mechanisms of electrochemically active ions. Electrode/electrolyte intefaces and passivation layers (SEI)
- Modelling of XPS valence spectra and theory/experience correlation.
