"There’s more to ToF-SIMS: a journey exploring mass spectra "
After studies in material sciences at Strasbourg University, he moved in 2016 to prof. L. HOUSSIAU’s group for his PhD to work on characterization of laser welded assemblies by XPS and ToF-SIMS. In 2021, he moved to CEA-Leti as a post-doc to work on ToF-SIMS MS/MS characterization on semiconductors with Dr. J.-P BARNES. Since November 2023, he is a post-doc at Texas A&M working with prof. E. SCHWEIKERT on augmenting the performances of NP-SIMS.
