  • 2018 - Post Doctoral fellow - Laboratoire d’Ingénierie des Systèmes Biologiques et des Procédés, (LISBP) Toulouse – CIMES and RMN Teams. Development of isotopic labelling to study structure/function relationships of GH70 enzymes.  

  • 2013-2017 - PhD student - LISBP Toulouse - CIMES Team. GH-70 dextransucrases: Insights on the molecular determinants of dextran molar mass control.

  • 2013 - Research Internship - 6 months -LISBP Toulouse - CIMES Team. Biochemical characterization of two new glucansucrases with original properties.

  • 2012 - Research & Development Internship - 4 months -Fromagerie des Chaumes, groupe Bongrain SA, Jurançon. Study of Microorganism/Environment interactions and analysis of oxygen consumption by the microbial flora of cheeses.

  • 2011 - Research & Development Internship - 2 months - Abengoa Bioenergy France (bioethanol factory), Arance. Optimization of yeast propagation before the fermentation steps using experimental design.

Molecular Biology

Cloning, design with in silico tools, site-directed and random mutagenesis.

Biocatalysis

Recombinant protein expression by fermentation. Purification (batch and AKTA), screening, biochemical and structural characterization of proteins. Enzymatic assays, enzymatic reaction optimization. Enzymatic synthesis and physico-chemical analyses of biopolymers.

Biophysics

Crystallogenesis, Crystallography, SAXS, protein-ligand interaction analyses, uniform and specific isotopic labelling.

Analytical techniques

HPLC, HPAEC-PAD, HPSEC.

  • Structure/function relationships study of Glycoside Hydrolase enzymes
